We loved the breakfasts, the nightime ramen, all-day matcha lattes, popsicles/ice cream, massage chairs, and on-site onsen! Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very easy for non Japanese speaking travelers and great for families with children."

Absolutely the best rest we had during our 14 day trip in Japan. The included breakfast buffet was pleasing ro the eye and tasty. The staff kept the food stocked and the area clean. "My favourite hotel of my trip so far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a train station directly beside the hotel, which made getting around very convenient. Similarly, there was a 7/11 also right beside the hotel, which was nice. The only comment I have is that there wasn’t an easily accessible microwave. You either had to go down to the store next door to heat up your food, or go down to the front desk to ask them to do it. Other than that, greatly enjoyed this hotel. Would definitely stay again! "

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near both Umeda Station and Osaka Station, making it easy to get around. The room was a decent size, the amenities were excellent, and the daily cleaning service was consistently great. We did have to pick up the iron and ironing board from the reception, but that was a minor inconvenience. One drawback is that the hotel has only one restaurant, which is open only for a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, there’s no option for a non-buffet breakfast, and the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. We spent three nights here as a couple and were extremely satisfied overall. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. "

In between the train station and parts of the touristy areas, so you’ll be taking the bus/public transit and walking quite a bit, but overall great location. This is a 4-star hotel that is very busy and offers clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms, that are simple but effective. "
