"Family of 4. Room was spacious. Each person got a bed of their own. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. They were so hard. Room came with the basic, mini fridge, hot water kennel, safe and blow dryer. Toilet was in a separate room from shower, tub and vanity, which was nice. All other necessities (toothbrush, razor, scrubber, etc.) you had to get in the lobby. Balcony was off limits so that sucked. Room service was available till 10pm. Cafe was nice next to the Universal store on the left side...

"Hotel is convenient if you are going to Universal, the bathroom is kind of tiny but manageable and there is no closet. Only stayed 2 nights so it was not bad. AC does not work so if you are going during the summer I would expect you will be warm."

"A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area. "
