"Flew in for a funeral in Hawi. Just needed a place to sleep overnight before flight. Got there late, around 9pm after the funeral and going to “Laverne’s”(bar) which was less than 20 minutes away. Upon arrival I wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Owner’s son, I believe, came out to assist me get into the lockbox and into the unit. Maybe a little a little more specific instructions would help…. like: upon entering carport, unit is on the left front of house… up the stairs. Nevertheless, bed...

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."
