"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"Cozy studio O’hana with welcoming hosts. Check in was a breeze, parking is close to the entrance of the studio, and great location just a short walk to the beach. Studio was small but very clean, quiet, and stocked with essentials like soaps, beach towels and chairs, plates, silverware, Tupperware, and an electric hot plate with pot and pan. Would recommend to others and would personally return if I needed someplace for a short stay again. Mahalo! "

There is no AC at the property (this may be stated), but we opened windows at night and it cooled off beautifully. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apparment is small, but so close to great snorkeling, that is easily within walking distance. You can see the ocean, but over the roof top of a near-by house. "We really enjoyed the placement of the property. It's within walking distance of 2 beaches and close driving distance to a shopping mall with all you could need. It was nice to come back to a calmer area at the end of the day after visiting the busier ones.
