"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"Great condo just one block from the main hub of kileau kona. Clean well stocked and nice lanai to sit out on in the evening and morning . Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Definitely try Da Shark Shack."

Couldn’t ask for more, and host was very helpful and responsive. If you’re looking for a great stay in Kona look no further. 10/10 would recommend."

"The location was excellent for walking around and great access to eating locations. Beaches were not the best for being sandy, soothing on the feet, and refreshing. Too rocky. Loved being able to find things to do. I would do it again but have access to a car to find beaches with more sand."

"This location is centralized. You can walk to Coconut Grove and grab food to eat. Thankfully parking was included which is a hot commodity in Kona now. Glad I chose this location. "

"Studio was clean very Hawaiian and close to all beach, down town and shopping. Property was nicely kept and the area had a quite and in a nice residental area, yet near all. Issac was great to work with espically with some special requests we had.It was great having the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boggie boards ect to use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again Aloha Thanks Issac for being a great host. :)"

"This place was pretty clean and a convenient location. Wish I knew they had all the beach equipment including 2 snorkel sets as we spent money renting those. We never did check out Bantans beach but the pool area was nice and right by Da Poke restaurant which was amazing. Very small peekaboo view of beach but not far to walk across and view sunsets and beach. Close to downtown Kona. "
