However, this is the first condo in Hawaii (15 trips) that did have salt and pepper available for the first day. "This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."

"The condo was exactly as it stated and had more than we’ve ever seen in spices and dishes and everything you can imagine to cook with. My husband grilled downstairs at the grill every night and we ate out for lunches. We asked to check out a little bit later at 4 o’clock instead of 11 and the host was very very accommodating. We recommend this condo highly and when we come back to Kona, we will definitely stay there. "
