"Lovely property but beware of the Alligators just outside the property grounds. Lots of beautiful birds to be seen. I saw woodpecker, crane, stork, cormorant, vulture and others, all on the property grounds. I wish I had brought my binoculars."

"The house was very true to its pictures and was actually bigger than we expected. We had plenty of room and the house was only about 20-25 minutes from the disney parks, which is what we wanted! Hoping to return next year!"

"This home is located in a beautiful gated community of like homes. Six adults stayed at this home 12 days during Christmas holidays. It was charmingly decorated with Disney theme accents. We had no children in our group, but it is perfect for families with children as well as adults. "Good communication, was a great place for our family to stay as we explored Disney and Universal. This was our first time staying offsite from Disney and was a great location under 1/2 hour to all the parks. Do yourself a favor if staying here, go to the Eleven restaurant one night which is at the Reunion resort (11th floor) and 1/2 mile away. This place has a rooftop view of all the fireworks at Disney- DJ on Fridays and live music on Saturdays. We did this our final night and had awesome...

"The house is big & open and great for a large party. All bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had their own space. The pool was also awesome!"

"The place was well stocked and maintained. I would say getting guests access was difficult, but luckily the house was near the gate and we were able to get them in the complex. The surrounding area was very nice with a golf course feel. Amenities and stores were nearby as well. It took us about 40 mins to get to the Disney parks due to traffic, but there were back roads to make it more calm of a drive. "Our stay for a party of 5 was very comfortable. We had 2 adults 3 children (9,11,13) and had plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean, smelled amazing, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The property managers were responsive and answered questions promptly. I don’t have a single complaint about our experience. It was enjoyable to leave a day at Magic Kingdom and return to our beautifully decorated townhome to spread out and relax! I highly recommend this property. "

"This is great location for all your Disney trips. Typical uber was about 17 of you are not looking to drive to the parks. The pictures represent the home accurately and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We noticed not all other condos had the same option. And for those who may be skeptical with the credit card process it is legit. Overall it was a fantastic vacation location. "

"This is our 3rd time staying here. We did not love this cottage as much as we did the others. Although each room had a bathroom there was not one outside the bedrooms. We had 6 people and there was limited seating & small living room area The master bathroom shower leaked all over the floor Wish we were told there was a hot tub do we could have brought bathing suits We liked that it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Salty Rim and the shuttle to the promenade was very quick & convenient"
