"Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at the home at 12:30am. The access code for the door given in the check-in email did not work. We tried calling the number provided for 24/7 contact twice but no one answered that or texts. Luckily there was a lock box with a key in it that we could get into but there was no instruction on where to use the key...eventually we figured it out. Wifi password was to be provided inside the home - it wasn't. Had to text the contacts who did finally start responding...

"Size of the home and set up was perfect for our 10 person family gathering. Management group was very responsive to the issues we identified. Two issues were noticed in the last 24 hours of our stay, so the management group had to opportunity to correct. Trash bins had trash bags from prior guests still in them, so no room for our trash bags. The outdoor grill was filthy, even though guests are asked to clean up after use, due to condition we were unable to use it. "

"This location was absolutely amazing! The home both inside and out were clean and well maintained. There is an open field located behind the home that was large enough for our children to play. Neighbors were very friendly and I will definitely be returning."

"This house was extremely nice. It was clean organized. Had everything that we needed. There was plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. The only suggestion that I have in the kitchen is that maybe have some salt and pepper I have stayed in other locations which have spices. I really hate to go and buy spices to cook and then end up throwing them away at the end of our visit since we flew when we drive we carry our own stuff but when you’re flying it is kinda...
