"The apartment was great. The location was perfect for some local hiking. Parking was available in the back of the house. The owner lives on the first floor. To have a good check-in experience, make sure you visit his rental website to reply to check-in questions - replying to emails from that website will not reach him. The owner is not necessarily on the property during check-in hours and needs to know your planned arrival time. "

Very clean, very homey, nice original art all around. Not super quiet- we could hear street traffic and a little people sound from downstairs but it didn't bother us. "The Loft is cozy, clean, quiet retreat nestled in the Catskills. As the photos indicate, the bathroom is next level, quite nice. Other features we liked included the ample closet space, the access to the Tanbark hiking trailhead a minute's walk away, and being right in downtown Phoenicia, so there were a few restaurants, a market, and some other stores all within a few minutes walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."
