"If you want to go to a diagusting neighborhood then this is your place. We felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay there. We got a hotel. It is that bad. As nice as the inside is, the outside and neighborhood will have you running. Music blasting stinks of weed homeless people all over. Do not book this place. The owner didn’t even refund us our cleaning fee. Trust me STAY AWAY."

"very nicely decorated, lovely views out the back into the woods,had everything we needed...plenty of towels, comfy bed. Really good sushi restaurant 1 minute walk away. Very clean, very homey, nice original art all around. Not super quiet- we could hear street traffic and a little people sound from downstairs but it didn't bother us. Complaints in other reviews about sulpher smelling water really not that bad"

"The apartment was great. The location was perfect for some local hiking. Parking was available in the back of the house. The owner lives on the first floor. To have a good check-in experience, make sure you visit his rental website to reply to check-in questions - replying to emails from that website will not reach him. The owner is not necessarily on the property during check-in hours and needs to know your planned arrival time. "

Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left.
