"Upon arrival, we found the property to be even more picturesque and beautiful than the photos showed! Also, the rooms were much bigger than we imagined and the kitchen had everything needed even for a larger grouo our size. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable for a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Our family enjoyed the pool which was private and inviting. We also loved using the kayaks and paddleboards which to us was like icing on a cake! We would defintely highly recommend...

"I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay at this villa! We were celebrating my sister's 40th birthday and Big Mac and staff took care of EVERYTHING from the time we arrived to the time we departed! We didn't have to lift a finger, and they were very responsive. The property is ~45mins from the nearest village however, the property had a lot of things/activities on premises so we didn't really have to leave. "Blue Moon Cabana is as described in its online advertising. Very well kept with no mechanical issues. Also well provisioned with kitchen equipment and other necessities. It is not resort-like. You are in the center of the town, You will have lots of contact with the local residents. We found them to be very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I were to return to Hopkins."

"Three couples enjoyed the house. Property mgr and owners... very responsive. Several excellent restaurants/pools within walking distance. Excellent air conditioning, large deck, well equipped kitchen and clean beach. Grocery store is very close, pharmacy 10 min drive. Best to have a car as it's about 40 min drive to town with a golf cart."

"Our family of 7 had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful escape on Maya Beach. The house is very well equipped with all the amenities a large family with small children would need. The beach is gorgeous and right outside the back door. The property manager was a godsend. There is a lot to do within 30 min drive due to proximity to Placencia (diving, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, airport shops). "We had a lovely stay at Casa Carazon after spending two weeks in the Belizean rainforest. This is a private peaceful setting for soaking up the Caribbean sea and sun! The house is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, taking a dip in the pool and sea kayaking. In the evening we had scrabble contexts. "The setting was beautiful. Our unit was spotlessly clean and had beautiful views. The employees were all very friendly and we had all of our needs met. My only complaint had nothing to do with the resort. The beaches are not clean. It was heartbreaking for me to walk each morning and see the amount of trash mostly plastic on all of the surrounding beaches. Maybe the resort could offer some type of incentive. A free drink in exchange for a bag of garbage. I would come back to this place but...

"First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"Serene Beach resort with amazing water activities. Fun thoughtout ways to enjoy your stay from the pool, firepit with marshmallows, included paddleboards kayaks, bicycles, and big dock peir with rope net lounge over the ocean. Golf carts available to rent. Location is close to the village made exploring, eating, and enjoying the culture easy. One and only downside is one night the dock and pool bars and the pizzeria eatery would be open the next night they would be closed. Not to big of an issue as the Paddlehouse restaurant and bar was open at all times. If ever in Belize again would definitely stay here again."

"My sisters and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel and location were perfect. All of the hotel staff were extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and truly caring. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are visiting for the first time. "

"We loved every part of our stay here, the trees, plants, lighting, the layout, the pool, THE BEACH ( beautiful) the paddle boards👍 ) the sheets and bed were so soft. The food was great! The staff were so welcoming and kind, we can’t wait to come back next year! "

"Mariposa is located on the beautiful beach.The resort is very small and creates very cozy and private environment The resort is well maintained very close to local airport. They have little restaurant but we had rental car and explored local Placencia restaurants. The staff is very friendly. We booked treehouse but they have construction on the property grounds. The manager offered for us beachfront room that was quiet and far away from the construction site . We really appreciated the upgrade. We stayed in this resort for a second time and never been disappointed. Thank you all the staff and manger for awesome vocation. We will come back."
