"The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. Instead, we got 2 adjoining units that had 1 queen bed each, a pull-out sofa, & 3 bathrooms. Each unit had its own kitchen. When we arrived, the door between our rooms was locked so we had to go out to the porch & into the other unit to be with our friends. This wouldn't have been an issue, except when we left our room, the door locked & the automatic keypad stopped working (the...

"Perfect spot for unwinding. Quiet. Safe. NICE PEOPLE. There are golf carts for rent if you want to wander. Nice, reasonably priced restaurant on site. 20 minute flight from Belize city then 25 min ride to Hopkins."

"This place...arrived in room and it was over 100° in the room. I asked the check in clerk if they had a fan and he stated "we don't provide them". I went to a local store to buy a fan, only to be told that it was not "allowed" in the room (apparently the owner watchesnthe camera from his home in Texas and called the on-site manager). The A/C does not keep up with the demand of the room so it was very hot all night. We checked out the following morning. "
