"We had an amazing time at the beautiful New Dawn Beach House. The layout of the house is wonderful with large private bedroom and bathrooms, multiple patios with great views, the beach was spectacular, the large pool that was amazing and the location was perfect for our group. "We had an amazing time at the Villa Rising Sun! There were 7 of us staying. The Villa is clean, spacious and comfortable. Mark, Sabrina, Dean and Blaine were all terrifically kind, helpful and hospitable. They helped us organize the best adventures and food, including flagging down the local bread and veggie vendors and arranging delivery of a fabulous birthday cake. "We found this place to be so unique and loved all of it. It was spacious. The rainforest shower was gorgeous. It had everything one could possibly need for a 6 night stay. We had a golf cart so we were able to explore the area all the way down to Placencia pier district. It was nice to vome home to a private pool and relax and watch the sun set over the lagoon. The balcony was relaxing and i even got some photos of the full moon. Highly recommend and would stay again."

The main floor of the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. It was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. The 3rd floor room was nice, but a little warm. We appreciated the fenced property for safety. The wood doors and furniture were beautiful, such a nice touch....
