"We had decided to rent a VRBO because we had 8 people in our family, including 2 toddlers. It was roomy enough with 3 levels, but the two stairwells were narrow and steep- dangerous for the two youngest. It would have been perfect for adults wanting to stay together and yet have their own room with the 4 bedrooms provided. The main level where the kitchen and dining room was, did not have a couch/sofa, nor room for small children to play and spread out. We were under the impression from the...

"Quiet street but very close to good transportation and lots of nightlife. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, a kitchen living dining room on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. The stairs are configured in such a way to save space but make it a little tricky if you are mobility. Everything about this piece was comfortable and the host was wonderful. Highly recommended. "

"Very nice and convenient location. Walking distance to the Sensoji Temple, Sumida River, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, and many interesting shopping streets. Really appreciate the washer/dryer after spending 10 days in Tokyo. Also thankful for the free coffee at reception. Staff were helpful. Do note that there are 2 Koko Hotel Residences in the area and initially we went to the wrong one at Asakusa Tawaramachi!"

"Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"

"Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the...
