It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. "I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...
