"Clean and quiet "

"Excellent! Small but perfect. It has everything you need. 5 minutes easy walk to Shibuya Station. Will definitely stay again. Small warning, it gets loud outside with party people every night. I didn’t care but anyone renting should know wh.texexpect. "

"The property is located in a quiet neighborhood a block away from the main street. The building is secure, and the unit is clean, comfortable and modern. Many amenities are included. Many options for meals within short walking distances, and great convenience stores nearby that offer anything you need. Mr. Ishikawa is a great host, and I highly recommend his property."

"This was a great option for a large group or family. It was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave my shoes downstairs, we should have a shoe rack in our room for convenience. It would also help to have body size mirrors in the room for dressing. "

"Very nice and convenient location. Walking distance to the Sensoji Temple, Sumida River, Ueno Park, Tokyo National Museum, and many interesting shopping streets. Really appreciate the washer/dryer after spending 10 days in Tokyo. Also thankful for the free coffee at reception. Staff were helpful. Do note that there are 2 Koko Hotel Residences in the area and initially we went to the wrong one at Asakusa Tawaramachi!"

"Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"

"Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the...
