Miss Tian’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring our room was always immaculate made our stay truly comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the high standards of service at Cosmos Hotel. This was our third stay at the hotel, and as always, the entire team—from the front office, bell hop, housekeeping, and the 17 Café staff —made us feel warmly welcomed. Every interaction was filled with genuine care, making us feel like we were returning home each time. Thank you, Miss Tian Xiao Lan and the entire Cosmos Hotel team, for making our stay so memorable. "There was no need to have the towels changed every day. So nice to have the self laundry service. The location was very convenient to go anywhere with the public transportation stations and bus stop nearby. "

"The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water and soda. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and its array of food choices. The gym/sauna facilities need to be updated."

"This hotel is very convenient, very near to train station. There are many eating place near the hotel as well. Hotel does not have breakfast, but you get 10% off on weekday and 5% off your total bill on weekend at Swenson, which is in the hotel for hotel guests. Price for breakfast set are very reasonable and big portion. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Bibby, the concierge guy, always smiling and helpful. Appreciate and please reward his great service. There is another man staff at the front desk who is also very helpful who i would like to thanks him for his great service too. We are on the king room, Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will stay in this hotel again if i go back to Taipei. Our room face Taipei 101 with full view."
