"No bar at all, breakfast buffet was generous. Rooms were nice but there was noise from other rooms. Bathroom was nice, beds very hard, but pillows were great. Pool and spa were nice. Need more elevators. Only two very small elevators for the entire hotel. "

"It is a few minutes walk from the south exit of the Keelung train station. Walk along the seaside, when you see the Harbor Plaza sign, cross the road via the zebra crossing and the hotel is around the corner. Overall it is a good stay and we have a king size bed which is comfortable. A few blocks away has lot of street food."
