"This is a user friendly hotel at reasonable price. I mistakenly reserved two rooms and they agreed to cancel one of them for me at no charge. The reception staff were very helpful and patient to help me out in the process."

"Front desk is amazing and helpful especially Victor. Location is superb. Walking distance to Ximending, where all the happenings. Cab is always in front of the hotel. Bus Stand is 3 mins away. "

They were doing construction during the day a few floors up but it was hardly noticeable apart from the first day when we were napping due to jet lag."

Very simple My only qualm is that any hotel that charges its laundry by the item is really pushing it. Actually priced by item isn’t the issue. Outrageously pricing each item is the issue. I’m not even sure if this laundry service is affiliated with the hotel or separate but they could always find a reasonably priced one. It costs more to do laundry here than in NYC. Other than that, lovely spot."
