"Good location and checkin staff nice and very helpful even when they could not speak english as i do Big room and bathroom Bit dated but very serviceable Toiletries fridge and tea facilities Only problem was bed was very hard"

"It is a few minutes walk from the south exit of the Keelung train station. Walk along the seaside, when you see the Harbor Plaza sign, cross the road via the zebra crossing and the hotel is around the corner. Overall it is a good stay and we have a king size bed which is comfortable. A few blocks away has lot of street food."
