"The property was great value for money. Reasonably priced but with quality rooms and amenities. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. "The room was fine and there was a large extra space that we ended up using as a walk-in closet but the bathroom was very small with a tiny slippery tub and a big step that made the access very awkward. Regardless, after 3 days we wanted to stay one more week in Osaka and asked to keep the room but our request was denied although we knew a room was still available. So we moved to a better hotel. Since they cater to large groups we figured they couldn’t care less about us."
