"We are a family of 4 with younger kids. We booked the connecting room so we got a total of 2 double beds. The room is a bit smaller but still okay for our luggages as you can stuck them in the corner or bottom of your bed. We have so much luggages lol! The good thing that I loved about this hotel is the 7/11, laundry room, public bath/onsen on the 4th floor. You don’t have to go out to go to a covenient store. The Namba Station is just behind the building but a bit of a walk from that station to catch the train to go to Umeda and Shin-Osaka station which is not bad if you don’t have to carry too much luggages. This hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. "

" Great location close to everything. Walking distance to Dotonburi Street and station is downstairs to hotel. 7-11 ATM is close by if you need cash and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants downstairs if you are hungry after walking around all day. Rooms were modern and clean and beautiful view of the city. Loved the European architecture in lobby area and around hotel. Staff were helpful and sent my sweater I left in room after check out on accident to my next hotel. Laundry service was quick and affordable. Only complaint is that I wished they offer to help you bring luggage up to your room especially it being a 4 star hotel. That gesture will go a long way when it was a battle just to get the luggage to hotel through all the stations or airports. "

"Very easy access to Namba station, with plenty of underground shopping and dining options and walkable to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is new. The receptionist helped me with finding a clinic for my family member who fell ill during our trip. She was really commendable. The hotel staff are all friendly. Our family room size was good enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Would stay here again if visiting Osaka"
