"First time in Japan! This was our first hotel for the first week of our stay. Very happy! It was my partner and I and we really enjoyed it. There’s also a family mart right across the street, we were there everyday lol. It was like our morning breakfast and game planning for the day. Area was really really quiet, staff was amazing and super friendly, they also spoke English but we did our best using Japanese with the amount we knew. Overall great stay perfect place to walk to and from the main areas! "

From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff are wonderfully friendly and speak excellent English, making everything smooth and comfortable for international travelers. A special shout-out to the front desk: when I needed a taxi last-minute, they not only arranged it immediately but even walked me down personally and made sure the driver knew exactly where I was headed. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with large bathrooms that feel like something out of a high-end spa. Everything is immaculately maintained — you can tell they take real pride in the facility. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the Osaka city skyline was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a mix of luxury, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality without breaking the bank, Hotel Monterey Grasmere is the place to be.
