Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "The moment we stepped in, maybe 10 more steps before the door, there was somebody who assisted us. They are all nice and friendly.checking ln and out is quick. The room and bathrooms were always clean. They provide sleepwear too. So no need to bring one. The breakfast was superb! The train station is just right down below.would definitely recommend!"

"Stayed at Citadines last year and we love it so much that we’ve decided to stay here again. Excellent hotel cleanliness and services. Room facilities were in tip top conditions and everything looks and feel perfect. The lounge was an excellent idea to provide hot water and coffee services plus an area for people to dine in. Homely feeling hotel and the climate control was on point despite the harsh cold weather outside. Totally will come back again if we were to visit Osaka. Big thanks to the hotel staff for making this stay a memorable one once again. "
