"Safe, clean, and quiet are what I care most. This place is very clean. Security is good. And feel safe around this area. Our room faces a busy road, noisy at night, I wear earplugs for sleep. 3 out of 6 rooms at each floor faces this street. For people who are sensitive to noise, better mentioning your specific request. Will be happy to try those three quiet rooms next time."

"First time I do self check in. I loved how close it is to Dotonbi and Namba station. Guy took me a few minutes to figure out how to get into the building. I kept in entering the 4 digits to get into the building but needed to include the asterisk sign as well. The instructions had it all along. "

"Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. "There is no elevator which we knew going into the booking, but if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to haul it up several flights of narrow stairs. Their beds were the softest we've had in our whole month trip and even in Tokyo we keep saying how much we miss the beds. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and a burner with kitchen tools and a single pot and pan for cooking. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book this again."

"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. "Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka completely exceeded my expectations. Not only is it located just a short walk from Dotonbori — the heart of Osaka’s vibrant nightlife and food scene — but it also offers true luxury at an incredibly affordable price. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff are wonderfully friendly and speak excellent English, making everything smooth and comfortable for international travelers. A special shout-out to the front desk: when I needed a taxi last-minute, they not only arranged it immediately but even walked me down personally and made sure the driver knew exactly where I was headed. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with large bathrooms that feel like something out of a high-end spa. Everything is immaculately maintained — you can tell they take real pride in the facility. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the Osaka city skyline was the cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. If you’re looking for a mix of luxury, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality without breaking the bank, Hotel Monterey Grasmere is the place to be.
