"L'entrée dans l'auberge se fait seul avec toutes les instructions fourni dans la BAL. L'espace pour dormir est correct (l'espace livre situé au dessus/en dessous de la case aussi!, l'auberge est bien équipé pour faire sa toilette, le rapport qualité/prix est correct, de nombreux restaurants autour... je recommande pour les voyageurs de passage!"

"This is the best Hostel to book on any budget. Since it is also a cafe the interior is upper nice and modern looking. As in the name, the interior is all made of wood and has that amazing wood smell that makes you feel so welcomed and at peace. The boy at the counter was super helpful and great at guiding me through the check in/ check out process. "Great place to stay, very close to Kintetsu-Nara train station. Lots of places nearby to eat nearby. A short walk to the park. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very nice. Our only negative point, our room (201) did smell of smoke quite strongly. We believe it was above the smoking room downstairs. Overall a great stay and would recommend highly."

"I absolutely loved the staff working there, notably Ayano who had helped me familiarize the key areas of Osaka. The cleanliness of the hotel is superb. It is so close to the Kintetsu subway, maybe like 3 minutes? AC was strong during my stay in July. Toilets are very high tech haha and shower stall feels very new."

"The place was very cute and clean. They provided free water, juice and alcohol along with some snacks. This place is setup like a dorm where there is a bathroom to share and a couple showers. The only complaint the group and I had was that there is no air conditioning in the bathrooms so it is very hot. Overall the place was very good for groups of friends."

"We enjoyed this property. Our room was comfortable. We loved the common area with the manga collection. The staff were very nice and they allowed us to leave our luggage for the day when we went sightseeing after check out."

"Located in alley to the right of the pharmacy. Myself and several guests had trouble locating it. No staff on site when I arrived, wasn’t really an issue though as they left clear instructions. No issues, this place is great. Clean, quiet, everything appeared to be in good shape as far as fixtures etc, good location, etc. I would stay here again. "

"1ヶ月以上前に予約していたのにダブルブッキングに合い、共有スペースでの滞在を余儀なくされた。ダブルブッキングと判明してからも従業員の対応はとても遅かった。何時間も待たされた挙げ句、返金額と支払い額が異なっていた。そして夜中にチェックインに来た外国人に起こされ、従業員は深夜不在のため、何故か私が対応。外国人に夜間連絡先へ電話してもらっても従業員が英語出来ないため、私が直接対応するはめになった。それなのに感謝も謝罪もなにもない。ふざけるな。こんなところ泊まらない方が良い。"

"Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in one of the private rooms, which were cosy, comfortable and clean. We loved the feel of the hostel, with pretty gardens and spaces to linger in, feeling like we'd stepped back in time. It was very quiet when we stayed with few other guests, although the restaurant filled up at dinner time (great food!). The Naramachi area nearby was fantastic to wander through and it was easy to get to the bus or just walk to some of the sights of Nara."

"It's a very beautiful, big and clean house in Japanese style. Exactly was I was looking for! It looks better in reality, than on the photos. The owners are very nice! They even brought us lot's of fruits. I would like to come and stay there again! Thanks a lot!"

"This was a modern property with everything and more we needed. The onsite restaurant is expensive but there are other options around. Know that if you only have a JR pass and come in at JR Nara it's a 3.5km walk to the hotel - doable in nice weather and because its flat or get on a bus! We loved the new, clean features and the practical laundry was great for travellers."

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nara Natural Hot Springs

"The hotel was clean and convenient to both the train station and the park/area. The one negative is that the hot springs/ public bath that is advertised is an additional charge once you arrive at the property. "

"Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms with efficient and unobtrusive elevators. Well above average attractive restaurant for all three major meals. Responsive concierge services 24/7. Only a couple of the overly numerous front desk staff speak reliable English. As in all Japanese hotels I have used, very poor TV offerings in English, almost pointless. I have stayed at this hotel for two to three week stays in three of the past eight years as I have family in Tokyo. Would have been more except for stringent Japanese COVID restrictions. Entirely honest in billing. Fair costs but well above average for travelers with budget worries who should probably stay elsewhere."
