"No hot water in toilet. I believe dodgy hotel staff turns off hot water delibrately. Bed highly uncomfortable, house keeping and reception staff very lazy, ocean 360 staff horrible especially dodgy manager, segara grill restaurant had no internet for 8 days and kitchen staff did not want to cook food for buffet breakfast. I hr before 10am the dishes were empty and kitchen staff were standing chatting with one another. TV signal always poor, only two English movie channels available, breakfast...

"This is the 3rd time staying at the Rama (the last time was over 10 years ago) and it’s always been a pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable, close to pool area and gym. The breakfast buffet was ok. The staff are amazing! From front reception to the kitchen/restaurant, pool attendants, garden maintenance, spa ladies, every single one were genuinely warm and friendly. We stayed a couple nights, with one day being Nyepti, so we stayed inside resort, which didn’t bother us as the hotel...
