Overall, It was a great stay. The surrounding was beautiful. The room was clean, the service was awesome. Very friendly staff. Probably something to improve could be about lunch/dinner options and the stake was a bit pricey. Otherwise it was ok. Would be back again.

The check in and out process was smooth. The hotel have good amenities, a series of activities and programs for guests and even kids. Regular shuttle bus services to Bali Collection and the beach are good. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool.

Nice comfortable property to spend with family .our stay here has been quite enjoyable .The location is nice & one can walk down to the market nearby where there are multiple options for food . We had an unforgettable stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Nusa Dua Bali. The pool was stunning, surrounded by lush landscaped gardens that added a luxurious touch. We especially loved the buffet breakfast with its wide variety of delicious options. The resort’s amenities were top-notch, and the convenient shuttle service to the beach and local shops made exploring easy. The warm hospitality and relaxing atmosphere made our holiday perfect. Loved the level of customer service at this resort . Truly felt valued as a guest, from the complimentary cocktails on day of arrival, individual touch written in mirror in bedroom, fruit basket and fresh juice on arrival, Rahman was extremely attentive, eager to please and such a lovely guy. Special shout out to Riana from housekeeping and the guys at the pool bar. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!

Marriott Courtyard Nusa Dua was a lovely place to stay. The staff were excellent and so helpful - nothing was too much for them. The facilities were great. The only critique would be that the gym could be cooler.
