The staff were very accommodating and super helpful. I had to catch an early flight so she made arrangements for me to get a packed breakfast. The hotel provided a dinner option which I could prepay. This was super helpful because by the time I got to the hotel it was a bit late and I didn’t feel comfortable heading out to an unknown restaurant by myself.

The hotel staff are all very polite and nice. I met Iqbal he is training student who assisted us . He is a good costumer servant. The place is close to everything. We arrived in the airport early in the morning and hotel pick up for free. And the staff allowed to check in early. We definitely we come back again on this hotel

This hotel is convenient to the airport, especially for an early morning flight. The dinner, which was included, was excellent. There was a variety of choices. Breakfast was also included, although the dining room was not opn at the time we left. However, the gront desk provided a sandwich and drink to go, which was very much appreciated.

This one night was a stop gap between the airport and resort booked with friends. Everything was top notch. Probably the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in and I've been a lot of places around the world. Holiday Inn is where we stay unless others are doing the booking as a group. Well done!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. They arranged a complimentary pick up from airport. Very polite and comfortable stay. Fantastic hospitality, each and every staff member were so kind to us especially Citra. Breakfast was amazing!! Pool at the rooftop was a great amenity. Splendid!

I feel this hotel and staff are exceptional. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport within minutes. The room was perfect and ideal super clean. Breakfast was international and exceptional. In all wonderful experience.

This property is very close to the Kuta beach and some shopping areas. Location is very good. Highly recommend Staff is friendly and helpful Breakfast is good. My only issue is the spa. It was good, but it was expensive compared to the same service my friends did at other place. The only difference is I have additional lunch. I saw their pics and the flower bath had a tub filled with wonderful flowers

So much trash everywhere, all over the beach, there are trash cans but the trash is all over the ground everywhere and they dig holes in the ground like graves and fill them with trash. I don’t understand why the people don’t take better care of there home land. Very sad to see..
