"the pool area for kids is great and the staff are lovely. But we had constant roof leaks in our room which had to keep being "repaired" without being offered to swap rooms. Breakfast was a big let down, for the price we paid we will look for alternatives next time we travel to bali "

"A beautiful resort with stunning gardens. The staff are great and we would love to make special mention of Frank who is a trainee who provided exceptional service. We stayed at Bali Garden after Made from Warung Damar encouraged us and we were not disappointed. Warung Damar is one of their many wonderful restaurants and the beach frontage is beautiful & relaxing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Modern property, clean and centrally located in Kuta, close to various dining and shopping options, yet quiet enough. On site dining facilities and amenities are top notch. Breakfast menu is everything you can think of and then some. Had a shower dripping one night but maintenance came quickly to fix. Property could do with a hot pool or hot tub. All three pools are at room temperature."
