"The Melasti Kuta is a disappointment, the staff are horrible, they don’t clean the rooms and have no American breakfast as advertised. When we checked out the staff went through our hand luggage as they believed we had taken them. They were very rude, we felt unsafe leaving our luggage with them. We will never return to the Melasti Kuta again. Poor service, substandard breakfast and large numbers of children in the pool doing swimming lessons. Overall the hotel was run down and we were disgusted...
