"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We loved everything about the hotel and our stay. Loved the free underground parking garage. Nicely appointed lobby with friendly staff. We were upgraded to the river/park side and had no train noise issues. Nice room, big bathroom, sofa, comfortable bed. And all for a good value price. This stay beat the competition by a lot."

"I must say how clean the room was. White tiles and a white bathtub shower combo and it was white, very clean. The towels were plush, mini dove soap, and the little conditioner & shampoo, etc. The beds were comfortable and once our room was heated then so were we. Same old TV channels, basically nothing to watch. We only used our own cellular data so I can’t comment on the wifi. I noticed it had chrome cast. I don’t use google. There is no elevator but you can stay on the bottom floor. Although if you want to use the modest gym you’ll have to climb a small amount of stairs. Same for the continental breakfast. Which by the way is pretty good. Juice, different cereals, coffee, tea, etc. A couple of waffle irons. Lots of tables. I was disappointed that the hot tub was down for maintenance on our visit but we did go down to look. It’s quite big and looks clean down there. Shower and bathroom. But things do need maintenance every now and again. I know we’ll be staying again so I hope it’s on by then. The staff was very nice. Checking in & out. Always friendly and helpful if you need something. It could use a few take out menu’s because there aren’t a lot of restaurants near by. But we will be back because it had everything we needed."
