"Brief stay prior to departing the Big Island. Great location for those looking to visit the Kona area. Nicely appointed property with all the amenities we needed. Nice lanai with sunset views and large back lanai for relaxing. Easy check-in and communication with host. Would stay again if we return to the Big Island!"

"Stayed with two families, with 5 children under 10. House entrance is gorgeous with all kinds of interesting plants and water features to explore with littles. The main area is breathtaking and while it took some time to acclimate to no AC it was worth it. The layout of the property was a little unclear (main house has master bedroom upstairs , then a separate whole unit above garage, and another unit with 2 bedrooms on ground level and even with large fans it stayed pretty hot all night....

"Location, location was perfect, 10min drive to Kailua Kona & 15min to the airport. Check in and checking out was a breeze. Charlotte was a phenomenal host answered question's right away. "Large group for the Ironman. Loved this property. We were nervous about AC only being in the bedrooms but it was totally fine! Great space to spread out. Loved having a wet bar and extra frig. Helped so much with food prep for our large group. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 15 adults. The views off the back lanais are indescribable. Dolphins were a giving us some morning entertainment on one of our mornings there. We drove a little way down to Hapuna Beach and saw sea turtles. Magic Sands Beach was just a mile down the road and a great little spot. It was never crowded when we went or drove by on our way to our next adventure. "The view from the deck was spectacular - especially the sunsets. The location was perfect for our activities- close to swimming at Magic Sands Beach, snorkeling at Kahalu'u State Park and hiking & snorkeling at Captain Cook Monument (where we saw spinner dolphins in addition to the fish and moray eels as we snorkeled.) The owners provided masks and snorkels in good condition and provided some water shoes to protect against the rocky bottom. They also provided beach towels and had a washer...

"We stayed for two weeks, as I was taking part in the Ironman race this October. The property was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was great with everything needed to make meals as neccessary. I had seen some reviews that the oven was difficult to use, but this wasn't a problem for us, the oven seemed very new and hi-tech (who needs their oven to have Wifi?). The garage was also well-stocked with pool / beach toys which were really great for the two young children...
