On the downside, I can see how the lack of clear signage, especially for check-in, would be frustrating. The hotel check-in is located on the second floor, but there were no clear directions, which made it confusing. I ended up walking around the ground floor near the parking lot for about 10 minutes before finally having to ask another guest for directions. "

"This is a large Hilton complex with the Ocean Tower being a long way from the main lobby. Once you get your bearings it turns out to be about a 12 minute walk between the two. There is a tram to take you around the complex. You had better like the sound of chirping birds. And I’m not talking a few birds, it has to be many hundreds of them. My room wasn’t near the current construction zone so their work wasn’t any issues for me. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The view from my room overlooked the pools with a slight view of the ocean in the distance. Lots of nice paths near the ocean to walk."
