"Have stayed several times in the smaller ground floor courtyard units, which are great but this time upgraded ourselves to a Junior Suite in the main building that was well worth doing. It not only provided more spacious accommodation but we really enjoyed using the private deck with sea views. New owners John & Deb very friendly and welcoming, so we hope to return in the near future. "

"Nice apartments with great ocean view. Apartments are a little dated, but clean and well serviced. 10 minute walk to the Kaiakoura town restaurants. Longer walk to groceries. WiFi is limited by poor signal strength. Kaiakoura is pretty and these apartments are next to the coast with a great Ocean view. "

"Great spot just on the other side of Kaikoura about 3km’s pout of the city center. Kaikoura is a great little beach town with several seal colonies and easily seen earls sun bathing on the rocky shores."
