"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. "

"We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. "Very nice condo in gated community with very large rooftop patio and excellent private beach and pool area. Very quiet. Included coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards which was very convenient for us. Short drive to rain forest, San Juan, Luquillo/Fajardo (more beaches), and airport. Great communication with Brenda - very responsive. Thank you!"

"Our family with four children had a very comfortable stay. Plenty of room as well as beach towels, toys, snorkels, etc. Location is literally across the street to the beach. The pool was wonderful to soak in when we wanted fresh water to swim in. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!"

"We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!"

"The pictures online are a good representation of the condo but this place offers so much more.Bed, couch, chairs and even the patio chairs are very comfortable. All amenities are of quality and you will not need anything else. We took a trip to Walgreens across the street (open 24/7) to buy a case of water (24 pack 16oz at 4.99) and some snacks - this is a super Walgreens with a variety of food/snacks, frozen meals, drinks, beers liquor, etc and prices are reasonable (spf100 spray sun block for...
