"We had the most wonderful time staying here in the beautiful Aquatika Condo 7203. The condo is gorgeous, there is a TON for the kids to do (pools, beach, mini golf, playgrounds) and it is steps to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The host was so kind, communicative and honest and when we arrived, Juan Carlos was amazing. He was waiting when we arrived and got us in so easily. Answered all of our questions and just made the check in and check out smooth. We would come back in a heartbeat....

"The apartment was exactly as described. Adorable, spacious with well stocked kitchen. My 19 year old daughter and I stayed here. Its location is in a local neighborhood - not in a touristy area, which we liked and it’s a short drive to Condado, old San Juan, and other areas. Everyone in the neighborhood we encountered was super friendly and there were always delicious smells of cooking in the hallway on the way up to the apt. It was perfect for what we were looking for. "Location was incredible! Safe, convenient, right on the beautiful beach...with private gated access. Loved the sunrise walks toward the kiosks (didn't go the entire way to the kiosks, but it's possible).Two bed/two bathrooms made sleeping comfortable and although the living space was merely a couch and a TV, we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit anyway. Kitchen was well-appointed!Unfortunately, this rental was missing its deck/patio furniture shown in the pictures on the website...the patio...
