"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view of the water was spectacular, and we enjoyed taking it in from both inside the condo as well as the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring the eastern end of the island. We had easy access to the kioskos in Luquillo, laying and snorkeling (separately) in Fajardo, and hiking in El Yunque. "

"We had a wonderful week on vacation at this terrific property. The location is perfect, being steps off the property from the beach and short walks away from restaurants, grocery and shops. The kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare a full meal or just a quick snack. Toaster, blender, pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs and towels were provided and were much appreciated. Included coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards which was very convenient for us. Short drive to rain forest, San Juan, Luquillo/Fajardo (more beaches), and airport. "I would have liked more restaurants closer. Not too much of a selection inside 20 minute drive. The condo was great. The grounds, pools and beach was 10/10. The putt-putt is out dated and needs repaired. I always felt safe. I would recommend to family or a friend. "

All amenities are of quality and you will not need anything else. Although the unit is dated, it is clean and very well equipped with all that you would need. Management was very attentive to any issues we encountered. The only word of caution is that the public beach is a noisy environment at all hours, especially weekends!"

"A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood.
