"The home is perfect for a large group. Our kids particularly enjoyed the playroom. There were enough dishes, glasses and silverware for everyone. Especially nice were the available appliances such as a griddle, air fryer and crockpot. There were even folding chairs so we could all eat around the table. Our hostess also supplied us with a packnplay and a high chair. The only downside was that we were not walking distance to the beach but there was a great pool available and it was an easy drive...

"The condo itself was great! The sheets definitely need to be replaced though. The master sheets had holes and were very tattered. The golf cart made it easy to get around the property. The concierge was basically useless. *when* they answered the phone the could rarely help with dinner reservations. I ended up making them all on my own. And I wouldn’t go to the beach club pool, stick with the resort. That said, the service at the St. Regis is pretty sad. But the kids had an incredible time at...

"This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean."

"Luis was a super responsive host and the villa itself was a gem. It's a great change from the glass and aluminum box style spaces with its thick stucco walls and red tiles roofs it has a Mediterranean vibe. The large, deep balcony was angled for privacy from neighboring units, looked out on greenery and even stayed mostly dry in the occasional tropic rain bursts. Lots of interior room to spread out, too. Great find!"

"Our family had a great stay at this spacious and tastefully decorated condo. The rooftop deck is amazing--you won't want to leave and explore. But please do! There are wonderful beaches and trails right by the condo. Our only adventure involved an island-wide power outage when we arrived, which made arrival a little complicated. Great communication with Kevin and the housekeeper."

"Condo complex is nice and location is central to many attractions. However, pools are smaller than led to believe and lazy river is a straight pool, not a typical curvy, lengthy or circular pool. Grounds are nice but not much to do. Location to beach is perfect, however. "

"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. Other than those two things, it wasnt that bad of a stay. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in San Juan, Puerto Rico! The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for what I needed for my six-day vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was very responsive and made sure I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it when visiting San Juan!"
