Explained to me the hot tub had a film on it but they didn’t want guests to be worried so they were putting an out of order sign on it but said I could still use it. The next day I was told by 2 different people to get out and I explained what was said to me but they still insisted so I got out. Pool was so nice and warm though so it worked out."
