"When I checked in, it was pretty busy they were checking in everyone pretty fast as well. The lobby looked inviting and it smelled pleasant. After checking in on the way to my room i noticed handicap accessibility, the doors open automatically. The elevator work great and when I to my room and open the door, I felt like I was in someone's studio apartment. Fully equipped kitchen...Refrigerator/Microwave/Dishwasher/Coffee Maker/Dishes/Pots and Pans, etc...I loved that they had premium channels, I had a variety of shows to choose from. The bathroom was very nice, I especially loved the led lighting on the bathroom room mirror. It felt like home away from home!"

"Had an incident at 5 am where guest in next room blasted their tv. Called front desk who immediately called & told them to turn down which they didn’t. Made second call & front desk sent security to their room immediately & told them to turn down which they did. Had peaceful sleep next 2 nights. Would be nice to have room cleaned . Overall nice stay & delicious breakfast."

"Did not get deposit. Was told on my last night at 1am after taking a bath that we needed to switch rooms because the floor below us flooded. I do not see how that is our issue especially without being notified until our last night "
