I have stayed here before and it was fine. But this time it was a disgrace, the bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub was moldy and dirty. Dust on the tables, garbage on the floor. Everything was very bad. The staff was smiling.

Most hotel clean every day but they don’t do that and anytime we call to ask for extra towel or a shampoo condition that we cannot bring it to your room you have to come downstairs to get that and then the breakfast was very like a few items and same every day of same

What can I say but the check in clerk was very unfriendly hardly said 3 words. I had to pull out a conversation with her. No friendliness at all! When we got to the room, there were dirty spots all over the bedspread/comforter. My wife was scared to sit or lay on it. The pillows that were on the bed were like sandbags and should have been replaced 20 years before. Usually La Quinta Inns are far better equipped than this one. I reserved this hotel due to the proximity and location close to the hospital I was having a left reversal shoulder replacement and I was already nervous about my surgery. Surgery was at 6 a.m. and because of the very hard mattress and dead pillows, it made me all the more nervous and anxious. I’ll strike this one off my list.
