"We were a bit unhappy with the bed in the room and the front desk quickly found us another room with a different bed. Very quick, and with no fuss or muss. I usually stay with chains, but always like the JBI when in Victoria BC, Canada. Very nice and clean, with a great location, and parking! Will stay here again in the future. Have been frequenting the JBI for 10 years now "

"Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."
