There was absolutely everything we needed from sweet bakery treats left for us and the most comfortable stay we could have asked for (clean, lovely, comfortable). The hosts were so easy to communicate with and accommodating when we asked for special attention. We were hosting old family friends and having them stay here made their visit an absolute breeze! "Great place to stay and convenient to many places. The house is roomy and very clean. There is a shared courtyard in the back with a fountain. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t favorable for being outside, but it would have been a nice place to visit. Will definitely stay here again on future Little Rock trips."

"This house was everything and more for my family over the holidays! We had two young kids (both mobile but under 2) and the large living room was *perfect* for them to play all week. The bedrooms are a great size and beds are very comfortable. You can’t imagine how big the kitchen is! (And it was so well stocked - you won’t randomly run out of forks or anything like that!) The location was nice in that you’re not right on top of other neighbors - so quiet and peaceful! A nice little fenced area...

"The landlord made the check in process very simple. The house is older but was spotless. We had all the dishes and cookware we needed for feeding six adults and three children. The living room area is large and perfect for the kids to wrestle and play on the floor. Thank you Mr. McCoy for providing us with such a good place for our family get together. "

"The property was a good bargain for the price. It seems like it new to rental stay. There was very minimal kitchenware and pans to cook with, but we made it work. The neighborhood was pleasant. All in all a decent stay. I did not receive instructions for checking in until I called the Host, and I never dis receive instructions for checking out. "

"I would like to leave an honest review of this property. This is a lovely house in a secluded dead end street, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall the house was clean except a few corners in the living room and kitchen that had some dead bugs and a bit of dirt/dust. The sheets were clean, the kitchen was equipped and the fridge is big so you can buy food and cook it there. The host had spices and utensils, paper towel and necessary stuff. Now, on the other had, the back porch looks like no...

"The house has good amenities, was easy to find, and was exactly what we were expecting. We brought our family down to see the eclipse and were able to host for a few dinners. There was a leaking sink and the owner was very responsive and quick to make things right. I would book again. I also like that the house has solar panels! Thanks for the great experience and hospitality!"
