Pros: Great staff and location is close to everything. Was able to walk to the Simmons arena for a concert. The room was large for a hotel. Cons: the bathroom was outdated. The outlets next to the bed didn’t work well at all.

I enjoyed the hotel it was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the hot water did not work in my shower the staff promptly fixed the issue. I will definitely refer to friends.

Hotel staff was very helpful and professional. The room was mediocre at best. The best was uncomfortable but not the worst I’ve slept on at a hotel. The shower door was off the railing and the shower was obnoxious with a constant drip. Kept me up all night as I am a light sleeper. For the name of the hotel chain I expected better for the money that I spent.
