"Overall, this was a cute and well decorated apartment. Only out of constructive criticism would I recommend a deep cleaning, the cracks and crevices, vent and air filters could use some attention. The apartment smelled like it had maybe been smoked in before, or maybe a neighbor did. It was a little damaged, water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door. The bathtub could definitely use a deep, deep clean and some new caulk. The area seemed to be safe, it was right near the river and was fine...

"Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! "

"We enjoyed our stay, and our dogs did too! The host had just gotten a new couch and loveseat for the living room. Apartment was well-equipped and clean, and very quiet setting. The pond view was wonderful, early the last morning I saw a flock of geese fly off the pond, such a pretty sight. "
