"I rented this house because it was a great deal and close to where my son was getting married. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was good size and had a lot of counter space (which we used while assembling goodie bags). People that flew in early or had later flights, were able to wait with us. The only issue I found was the driveway which we were warned about. All our questions were answered immediately before and during our trip. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. "

"I travel to Little Rock frequently for business. Casa de Coco is a beautiful home situated on the banks of the Arkansas River. The location is perfect for my business travel and provides tranquility after my day of business. "

"In town for a family member's surgery. The house is located short distance and easy navigation from CHI St. Vincents and made a tough situation so much more bearable. The house is immaculate and is appointed well. Everything is strategically placed as well. All the comforts of home with the addition of a beautiful view! Enjoyed morning and evening walks around the neighborhood as well. Will stay here again if the need arises!"

"The landlord made the check in process very simple. The house is older but was spotless. We had all the dishes and cookware we needed for feeding six adults and three children. The living room area is large and perfect for the kids to wrestle and play on the floor. Thank you Mr. McCoy for providing us with such a good place for our family get together. "

"This is a great rental. Nicely updated. Nice furniture, comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Well maintained. I took off 1 star for location simply because the house sits so close to the road you can’t turn around without getting into the road so we had to have a person literally stand in the road to watch for traffic before pulling out. And it’s right at the traffic light so you can’t cross traffic to turn in from opposite side of the road. All that said, we loved this location. It is just a...

"I would like to leave an honest review of this property. This is a lovely house in a secluded dead end street, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Overall the house was clean except a few corners in the living room and kitchen that had some dead bugs and a bit of dirt/dust. The sheets were clean, the kitchen was equipped and the fridge is big so you can buy food and cook it there. The host had spices and utensils, paper towel and necessary stuff. "House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....
