"It was good, there was one older lady that worked at the desk, she seemed very rude. But everyone else was so pleasant."

"Check in was quick and easy, and front desk agent was very kind and polite. The surroundings of the hotel looked a bit sketchy, but I didn’t experience any issues during my stay. The room looked and smell clean, and it had basic amenities like a microwave, a mini fridge and a TV. "It was a bit noisy, my non smoking room, was frequented outside my door with smokers lingering, talking very loudly and I woke to see my car with cigarette bits all around it and on top of my car. I made the front desk aware. My room was really clean, which I appreciate! My suggestion is to have smoking on the opposite side of the building from the non smoking side. One more suggestion: offer a few more items for the “continental breakfast “: hot cocoa packets/tea, for non- coffee drinkers,...
