"The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms. "

"If you want a property right in the middle of downtown locals and tourists chaos, this is the hotel for you haha. My husband and I's first time in Tokyo so we wanted to try it out, and it was pretty fun! Really easy to get around, staff were super nice and accommodating, great energy from everyone. The room is compact and small but we knew that going in so no complaints. Really appreciate the provided humidifier as it seems it's typically dry air all around. Bathtub/shower amenity in the room is great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants this immersed experience, but now that we've done it, we'll likely book somewhere quieter next time we go to Tokyo :) "

"I am so glad I chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, new, and comfortable. The location is excellent in terms of convenience stores, dining, and there is even a Don Quijote next door. Not sure why some people in the reviews had issues finding food as there is heaps in the area. In terms of public transport it is also well connected, being a 3 min walk to Takadanobaba Station. If you are flying into Narita it is very easy to get to this hotel and you only need to change trains once assuming you take the Skyliner like I did. The buffet breakfast was also decent and there were plenty of options for food both Western and Japanese - so if you want one less thing to worry about do the breakfast as it really made our trip so seamless. This is a great place to stay in Tokyo and it will be my hotel of choice when I return as the price was great value considering all of the above. I cannot thank the staff at this hotel enough."
