"Amazing hotel, super cozy onsen, comfortable environment, friendly staff, and excellent hotel service. We stay at the hotel for 2 nights. The front desk staff speaks very good English, and they will patiently introduce you all services (especially the onsen) they provide, all local spots you can visit. "The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia. "Large and clean rooms. Beautiful indoor heated pool overlooking the ocean. Stayed with a group of 12 separated in two rooms and we all slept comfortably (3 adults and 3 kids per room). Would love to book this hotel again! "
