"I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly. It is a beautiful hotel and the rooms and bathrooms are of very good quality. The beds are sumptuous and exceptionally comfortable, we all commented on what a good nights...

"A very comfortable stay. The staff were all very welcoming. The room facilities were excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! "Although the pub wasn't open due to the holiday season when we were visiting, it was a lovely stay! Great shower, room was comfortable! If traveling as an American, you might find that top flat sheets are not common. We requested one additional one with staff, and they were lovely to work with. Friendly and helpful! Comfortable bed!"

"The hotel was closed. We had not been told. There were mice running around the reception! We were moved hotel and where we went was lovely but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool for our children and the hotel we moved to didn’t have one."

"Excellent location - we were exhibiting at the Business Centre next door so it was perfect. Reasonable breakfast (even had vegan options) and not bad coffee. Bed squeaked terribly. Shower was awesome. Nice spacious room with a great view. Staff were really helpful."
